One of my all time favourite business coaches, businessmen, success development mentors who is the creator of the QLA (Quantum Leap Advantage) model talks about what it takes to achieve success in this 162 minute wake up call.
Dan Pena is not for everyone. He is outspoken, ruthless, brash, doesn’t give a shit about being Politically Correct, or as he prefers to describe it;
“Political correctness is a manifestation of a lack of self-esteem.”
He offends many or as he prefers to call them – SNOWFLAKES. But this video, filmed at the University of Chester is a 162 minute wake up call.
He gets to the gritty truth about what it takes to become a high performance person and fulfil your potential. He knows what it takes to achieve generational wealth and success. Prepare yourself as this is going to be a talk like no other.
You will not hear anything from Dan that will make you feel good about yourself, or anything that will give you a false impression that success is easy to achieve.
Unlike many of the so called experts and self proclaimed gurus in the personal development industry, Dan has nothing to sell you. It is for this reason alone why you are going to hear the brutal truth about what it takes to achieve success.
There is much more to success than just thinking about it, and visualising it. There is one thing that outweighs anything that is taught by many of the big names in personal development. This one thing is key to achieving success, and that is the ability to take a action.
The Brutal Truth
Dan Pena is probably one of, if not the most honest and upfront person in the personal development industry. In all my years I have never heard anyone in the PD industry deliver such a powerful message.
He tells it like it is instead of trying to make you feel good and make you believe that success is an easy road. This is brutal, it is honest, it is raw and it is necessary for people to hear if they stand any chance of fulfilling their potential.
To achieve success you will have to make sacrifices, you will have to devote time and energy to attain it. Above all else, you will have to dig deep and take a big leap out of your comfort zone. You will have to get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable.
You are never going to achieve the kind of success you want from working within the confines of what has got you to where you are right now.
Whatever the level of success you want, you have to take action and pull the trigger. No one has ever achieved great success by playing it safe. Because playing it safe keeps you where you have always been.
